1. Service Scope

CreativePageForm provides bespoke digital design, UI/UX framework development, and related web design services. All services are delivered as described in individual project proposals and scope documents.

2. Project Proposals & Acceptance

Each engagement begins with a detailed proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Projects commence upon written acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the initial payment as specified therein.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via Stripe. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables and associated intellectual property rights are transferred to the client. CreativePageForm retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions & Change Requests

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately and require written approval before implementation.

6. Limitation of Liability

CreativePageForm's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delivery.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.

1. Deposit Refund

If work has not yet commenced, the initial deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of payment. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

2. Partial Work Refund

If work has commenced but the project is cancelled by the client, a partial refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Completed milestones are non-refundable.

3. Deliverable Disputes

If delivered work materially deviates from the agreed proposal scope, the client must notify CreativePageForm within 7 days of delivery. We will rectify the discrepancies at no additional cost. If rectification is not possible, a proportionate refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe). Refund amounts are credited minus any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: completed and approved milestones, third-party license fees paid on behalf of the client, and domain/hosting setup fees.
